Keeping Safe During COVID-19:
The health and safety of our clients, patients, team and our community is a top priority. We will be continuing our safety and social distancing protocols in adherence to state and local guidelines to help control the spread of COVID-19 and protect everyone in our community.
At this time, we are offering curbside services for all appointments, drop-offs, prescription and diet refills to limit non-staff members inside our building. You can expect our team to continue to practice social distancing and universal masking.
Here is what you can expect from our curbside service:
- Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and give us a call at (781) 237 - 0066. At this time, our staff will obtain your information, including your name, phone number, make and model of your vehicle and credit card number.
- When the doctor is ready we will call the phone number provided to have you meet a staff member at the front door. If you have a dog, we will place our own leash on your dog to escort them inside the hospital. If you have a cat or rabbit please have them in a carrier. Please wear a mask when the staff member is approaching.
- While your pet is in the hospital the veterinarian will call you at the number provided to discuss your concerns as well as the physical exam. It is important that you remain in the parking lot during this time.
- After approved treatments are completed, a staff member will process payment, call to schedule necessary appointments, and return your pet directly to your vehicle.
