Dr. Julie Graves, a practicing chiropractor for 22 years, became inspired to work with animals after watching a local Equine Chiropractor adjust a horse. The horse’s response reminded her of how human patients react when on her table. She wanted to offer the same experience to animals, which lead to her training with Options for Animals and becoming a member of the IVCA. Shortly after completing her certification, she joined Wellesley Animal Hospital. She’s enjoyed working with top-notch veterinarians who see the benefit of using alternative methods to healing as well as combining traditional and complementary techniques that deliver the best care available.
