Dr. Ashley Kopeikin grew up in the Chicago area, and graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. Her first love and passion was horseback riding, and she was an avid competitor in the sport of eventing. She went on to complete her residency and board certification in Large Animal Internal Medicine at Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, but has found her true calling in small animal general practice. Dr. Kopeikin is married and has two young sons and the most spectacular Australian Shepherd mix, Quigley. Dr. Kopeikin enjoys adventurous international travel, cooking and eating unusual foods, hiking with Quigley and her boys, gardening and landscape design, and napping, although that doesn’t happen often.
